As a broker he served on and lead sales and leasing teams at firms that include Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ Rockwood, Marcus & Millichap, and Horvath & Tremblay.
For 11 years and across 3 different brokerage firms, Drew served as exclusive broker, advisor, and advocate for Walmart in the sale of an on-going national portfolio of big box retail, totaling 160 properties across 37 states.
On the principal side, Drew spent 8 years as Director of Acquisitions at Brauvin, a non-public REIT, where he focused on the purchase of investment properties nationwide.
Drew’s broad experience includes the purchase, sale, and leasing of all property types nationwide for both private and corporate clients.
Drew is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a 24-year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Drew has purchasing, selling, leasing, and management experience in 40+ states, but he’s been a resident of La Grange Park, Illinois for over 20 years.
When he’s not working on your real estate deals, Drew spends his free time with his family, refereeing high school basketball and soccer, writing screenplays, and mapping out when and how to check-off his next “MHFB” bucket-list item.
